EstateFax collects property search data, report purchases, and Haven AI uploads to deliver property intelligence reports. Data is stored in Supabase (Canada/US regions) with row-level security.

We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring. Payment data is processed by Stripe — EstateFax never stores card numbers.
